Design and Engineering

We provide complete engineering support that spans feasibility studies, front end engineering design, detailed civil, mechanical, electrical, and process engineering, route selection, HAZOP and HAZID facilitation, and on site field engineering. Our team creates safe, efficient, and future ready designs tailored to complex energy, industrial, and marine projects.

Our global alliances allow us to supply everything from individual components to full facility packages. Services include strategic sourcing, vendor evaluation, bid analysis, contract development, warehousing, expediting, logistics, inventory management, and complete supply chain coordination to eliminate delays and reduce cost.

We help companies modernize operations through workflow mapping, IoT integration, automation, data analytics, custom software development, dashboard reporting, and full systems integration. Our solutions streamline processes, reduce manual intervention, and improve real time visibility and decision making.

Atech manages projects from concept to completion, covering planning, scheduling, cost control, quality management, construction supervision, contractor selection, claims mitigation, inspections, start up, and commissioning. We deliver complete marine support services for oil, gas, and offshore operations. This includes vessel supply and leasing, inspections, hull and system maintenance, newbuild supervision, dry docking, upgrades, flag changes, DP trials, safety surveys, crew management, and operational support for fleets and marine assets.

Our team manages construction and upgrades for both Greenfield and Brownfield facilities including pipelines, refineries, storage terminals, gas processing equipment, separators, tanks, flare systems, and more. We cover design, fabrication, installation, commissioning, maintenance, asset integrity, and decommissioning.

We offer full E&I design, installation, and maintenance services including power systems, control systems, smart wiring, testing, calibration, troubleshooting, and system upgrades. We also supply and service generators, control valves, transformers, ATS units, motors, and other critical electrical and instrumentation components.

Our capabilities include fabrication of structural steel, skids, pipe racks, tanks, modular units, and custom metal structures. We deliver mechanical repairs, bolt torquing, turnaround support, asset integrity management, and preventive maintenance for pumps, compressors, turbines, and industrial equipment.

Atech specializes in HDPE piping systems, fusion welding, pipeline rehabilitation, drilling, leak detection, underground mapping, and water loss management. We deploy smart technologies, sensors, and advanced monitoring tools to reduce waste and improve long term water infrastructure performance.
